Resource targeting

Goblin

Goblins prioritise resource buildings. That makes their path useful for collecting loot, and less predictable when the goal is a specific defense or war star.

Plan the attack

  1. Identify the resource buildings and which defenses cover them.
  2. Clear a route toward the resource targets you want, using protection or support where needed. Keep ordinary Goblins distinct from Sneaky Goblins.

Common mistake

Expecting ordinary Goblins to have the invisibility of their Super Troop version. They are different troops with different uses.

Works alongside

Giant
Giant

Giants can occupy defenses while Goblins reach nearby resource buildings. Resource priority still determines where the Goblins go next.

Before prioritising an upgrade

For farming, compare the troop actually used: ordinary Goblin or Sneaky Goblin. Plan research around that army rather than assuming both behave alike.
