Temporary untargetability
Invisibility Spell
Invisibility makes affected units and buildings untargetable, with exceptions described in the game. That can protect troops, but covering the building they should attack may also force a new target.
Plan the attack
- Decide which troops need protection and which building must remain attackable.
- Place the area carefully around the troops and watch their next target. Check the current in-game exceptions before building a tactic around them.
Common mistake
Making the intended target invisible as well, causing protected troops to retarget or move away.
Works alongside
Invisibility can protect the Queen briefly, but the placement must leave her intended target available. Watch for a change in her path.
Before prioritising an upgrade
Review Invisibility research for attacks that use careful spell placement. Practise the area on the intended type of target rather than relying on a level increase.
