Wall-breaking ground tank
Root Rider
Root Riders break through walls while moving toward defenses. They open access for a ground army, but supporting troops can still follow outside buildings when the funnel is incomplete.
Plan the attack
- Choose the defense line the Root Riders should enter and clear the edges around it.
- Keep damage troops behind the entry and follow the route through later compartments. A broken wall creates access, not automatic targeting.
Common mistake
Skipping the funnel because Root Riders break walls. Other troops may keep walking around outside buildings.
Works alongside
Root Riders create ground access and draw fire; the Champion can work through defenses on a planned side. Give each a route instead of crowding one entry.
Before prioritising an upgrade
Review Root Rider research with the army’s damage troops and spells. Watch where the attack loses damage support before adding more tanks.
